Who is the Number One Overall Pick in the 2013 NBA Draft?

Now that we know who has the number one overall pick in the 2013 NBA Draft, the Cleveland Cavaliers, we are left with the question of who will they choose with that pick. The big favorite to be the number one pick is Ben McLemore, the standout guard from Kansas. However, other mock drafts have been favoring Nerlens Noel from Kentucky. The Cavaliers have a big need at small forward, but Noel is certainly not a small forward and McLemore would be undersized and struggle defensively. This leaves the most talented small forward in the draft, Otto Porter out of Georgetown. Porter is a very solid player that has a good IQ and a smooth all around game. The only drawback with Porter is that he does not have as much potential as McLemore or Noel. The thought of Kyrie Irving paired up with Dion Waiters and McLemore is so tantalizing, a young trio of athletic players that can shoot, but the drawback is that none of them can guard a small forward. Comment what you think the Cavaliers should do with the number one overall pick.
